About this role

Momentic Studios' STRONG Pilates studio in Dallas is hiring a Sales Associate to drive membership growth and create a welcoming experience for new and existing clients. You'll spend your time engaging potential members through studio tours, explaining membership options, and enrolling new clients using established sales techniques. Beyond enrollment, you'll manage leads through company software, follow up on prospects, and promote campaigns—all while building genuine relationships that keep members coming back.

The role demands someone who listens well, communicates with confidence about the studio's offerings, and stays organized in a fast-paced fitness environment. You'll work in-office full-time at $15/hour with commission eligibility, a flexible schedule, and free access to classes. The position requires at least one year of sales or customer service experience, current CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and comfort with physical activity—you'll be on your feet frequently, spotting members, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

This suits someone genuinely passionate about fitness and wellness who enjoys consultative selling and member relationship-building over transactional interactions. You'll have opportunities to grow within the STRONG team while enjoying benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) coverage.
