BAYADA offers Homemakers, Companions and Caregivers:

Qualifications for Homemaker / Companion:
- Have at least one year of verifiable work experience
- Must have reliable transportation in order to commute to multiple clients a day and run errands for clients (ie: grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, etc.,)
Job Responsibilities for Homemaker / Companion:
- Perform light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, and food shopping.
- Provide companionship
- Assist with maintenance of a safe physical environment

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking part-time Homemakers and Companions to support seniors in their homes. You'll work one-on-one with regular clients, helping with light housekeeping tasks like laundry and meal preparation, running errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pickups, and providing companionship. The role centers on enabling clients to maintain safety, independence, and dignity in their own homes through consistent, relationship-based care.
To qualify, you'll need at least one year of verifiable work experience and reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes throughout the day. BAYADA offers $20 per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and paid sick time. The company also provides 24/7 clinical manager support, dental and vision coverage, a 401k, and scholarship opportunities if you're interested in pursuing LPN or RN certification down the line.
