About this role

Convera is seeking an FX Sales/Structuring Representative to build out its North American hedging business, working from their Toronto office. You'd split your time between supporting existing clients in the Transition and Core books with derivative pricing and strategy development, closing new hedging deals through partnership channels, and structuring custom FX option solutions to address corporate and SME risk. The role demands both technical depth—you'll need solid knowledge of FX option structures, financial markets, and derivative products—and commercial acumen to translate that complexity into solutions clients actually want to buy. You'll also contribute to market commentary, present at client events, and hit quarterly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate brings at least 12 months of hands-on experience dealing hedging solutions to corporate clients, strong communication skills, and the ability to ask the right discovery questions. Sales experience is preferred but not required; what matters more is your capacity to structure solutions, work across teams (compliance, legal, dealing), and build relationships with key contacts. French language skills are preferred. An MBA or CFA would strengthen your profile.

The position is full-time, in-office, and compensates between $110,000 and $133,000 annually plus 30% variable. Convera offers standard benefits including health coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources, along with a modern office space and a culture emphasizing diversity and career development.
