What You BringĀ 

  • Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license; NJ license a plus.
  • Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration.
  • Active NPI number
  • 3+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferredĀ 
  • Prior clinical supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
