About this role

SpaceX's Starlink operation needs experienced commercial drivers to keep its satellite production flowing between Washington and Texas facilities. As a Delivery Systems Specialist, you'd handle the logistics backbone of the company's broadband expansion—moving manufacturing components, test equipment, and ground station antennae from the Redmond office to production sites and vendor locations. The work centers on short-haul routes between Redmond and Woodinville, with occasional long-haul drives to the Bastrop, Texas facility, using tractors, trailers, vans, and flatbeds while managing forklift loading, barcode scanning, and inventory documentation.

This role demands a Class A CDL with at least two years of short-haul and one year of long-haul experience, plus the ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and work weekends or extended hours as production schedules require. You'll operate in open-air environments, maintain vehicle service records, and coordinate with fleet supervisors to troubleshoot delivery issues. Background in material handling, forklift operation, or manufacturing logistics is valued but not required.

The position offers a salary range of $29–$34 per hour (potentially $32–$40 depending on experience level), comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, stock purchase options, three weeks of vacation, and company shuttle service from Seattle to Redmond. You must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR export compliance requirements.
