About this role

AEG Worldwide operates Terminal 5 and Brooklyn Steel, two major entertainment venues in New York City, and this part-time role supports the guest experience across their restroom facilities. As a Restroom Attendant, you'll maintain cleanliness throughout operational hours—sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and restocking supplies—while also greeting guests and monitoring for safety concerns. The position requires you to respond to any inappropriate behavior, enforce facility rules, and call in security when needed, making it as much about guest interaction and safety oversight as it is about facility maintenance.

The role suits someone with strong interpersonal skills who can remain professional and friendly under the demands of a busy venue. You'll need to stand for extended periods and be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. While the job calls for minimal prior experience (0–2 years), it does require attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols, and comfort taking direction. Spanish fluency is preferred but not required. Pay ranges from $17.65 to $23.17 per hour, and as a part-time position, you may qualify for ACA-compliant benefits.
