About this role
Machinify, a healthcare intelligence platform serving over 85 health plans, is seeking a Procurement Manager to own the full sourcing and vendor management lifecycle in their Dallas office. You'll manage everything from purchase requisitions and RFP coordination through contract negotiation, vendor performance tracking, and cost optimization—working across IT, Finance, Legal, and Information Security to ensure purchases align with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
The role demands both operational rigor and strategic partnership. Beyond day-to-day procurement execution, you'll drive governance and compliance, supporting due diligence reviews, security assessments, and audit-ready documentation.
