What You're Great At:

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years leading engineering teams and 3+ years managing engineering managers.
  • Proven experience leading multiple teams building and scaling consumer-facing digital products, including mobile applications, web platforms, or customer acquisition experiences.
  • Strong technical background designing scalable distributed systems and modern cloud-native applications.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver customer-centric experiences and measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building high-performing engineering organizations that balance speed, quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, and data-informed product development.
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence technical and business leaders while aligning cross-functional organizations around a shared vision.
  • Passion for developing engineering talent and creating an inclusive, high-performing culture where teams can do their best work.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
