About this role
Ennoble Care operates a mobile primary care and palliative care service across multiple states, and this position would have you providing in-home care to homebound and palliative patients throughout the Boston area. You'd work as part of a clinical team delivering care to patients with chronic conditions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, ordering diagnostics, and prescribing medications—all while building ongoing relationships with patients and their families in their own homes.
The role calls for a board-certified NP or PA with at least one to two years of primary care experience working with geriatric patients; hospice experience is valued but not required. You'll need strong independent clinical judgment, solid people skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across internal platforms with office and operations staff. The position offers genuine autonomy in how you structure your schedule and deliver care, backed by support from an in-house clinical team.
Compensation starts at $140,000 and scales with experience. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, paid time off, paid sick time, a 401(k) with company match, and access to Payactiv for flexible pay access. You'd attend quarterly medical staff meetings and have the opportunity to move into leadership roles as the organization grows.
