About this role

Fanatics Commerce is hiring a Retail Supervisor for the Pelicans Team Store in New Orleans—a part-time role that puts you at the center of game day operations in a high-energy venue environment. You'll lead a small team of Retail Associates and Retail Leads, managing daily store operations, coaching staff, and ensuring fans have a seamless shopping experience during events. The position carries full Manager on Duty responsibilities, which means you'll own the floor during your shifts and make real-time decisions that directly impact both sales and the fan experience.

This role suits someone with at least two years of retail or sales experience and a track record of leading front-line teams. You'll need to be comfortable with retail systems (POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, OKTA) or willing to learn them quickly, and you should thrive in fast-paced, variable conditions—including nights, weekends, extended hours on game days, and outdoor weather exposure. The job demands physical stamina (lifting up to 30 lbs, standing and moving throughout shifts) and the ability to anticipate problems and act decisively under pressure.

If you're energized by sports retail, enjoy building and coaching teams, and want a role where your execution directly drives results, this could be a strong fit. The position is based entirely on-site at the New Orleans venue, so proximity to the Smoothie King Center area is essential.
