About this role

Shields Health Solutions is looking for someone with a background in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate strategy to step into an operating role at a growing healthcare company. Based in Boston and reporting to executive leadership, you'd own financial modeling, strategic project work, and operational analysis—the kind of high-visibility work that typically takes years to access in larger organizations. The role spans business planning, performance improvement, growth evaluation, and cross-functional initiatives, giving you exposure across the entire business while supporting decisions at the senior level.

This is designed for early-career professionals ready to transition from advisory or finance roles into hands-on operations. You'll need 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations for executives. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. The position is in-office in the Boston metro area, involves occasional travel (5–10%), and comes with a base salary of $105,000–$120,000 plus an annual bonus, with compensation adjusted for your background and qualifications.
