About this role

Leading Paperless Parts' Solutions Architecture function means balancing hands-on technical leadership with strategic team development. You'd own both the team's growth and the company's most complex customer engagements, translating manufacturing requirements into scalable SaaS implementations while establishing best practices that improve consistency and reduce delivery risk. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering—you'll shape how the company solves customer problems while mentoring Solution Architects and serving as the escalation point for high-stakes situations.

The ideal candidate brings seven-plus years in SaaS solutions architecture or technical consulting, with at least two years leading customer-facing technical teams. You'll need proven expertise in enterprise discovery, business process design, and implementations involving APIs and ERP integrations. Manufacturing operations knowledge is valuable but not required; what matters more is the ability to quickly become a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and translate that expertise into implementation roadmaps that work.

This is an in-office role in Boston requiring US citizenship or a Green Card, with up to 25% travel for customer engagements and workshops. The salary range is $131,000–$177,000 plus variable compensation, with comprehensive health coverage, unlimited PTO, and a wellness stipend.
