About this role

Nimble Robotics is building autonomous fulfillment facilities in partnership with FedEx, and this role puts you in charge of the construction sites making that happen. As Construction Site Supervisor, you'll lead daily field operations across commercial projects, managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and ensuring work stays safe, on schedule, and to spec. You'll read blueprints, conduct safety meetings, resolve issues as they arise, and keep stakeholders aligned—balancing the hands-on demands of active construction with the leadership responsibilities of a site leader.

The position calls for at least five years in commercial or industrial construction, with two-plus years leading crews or working as a foreman. You need solid knowledge of building systems, OSHA compliance, and the ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously. Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center experience is preferred, as is familiarity with construction management software like Procore or Bluebeam. Travel to project sites will run up to 25% of the time.

Success here means delivering projects safely and on time while building strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams. The role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, plus equity, and sits within a fast-moving company backed by major robotics and AI leaders. This is a fit for someone who thrives in high-intensity environments, takes ownership of complex logistics, and wants to contribute to infrastructure supporting a significant shift in supply chain automation.
