About this role
Ennoble Care operates a multi-state home-based primary care and palliative care service, and they're seeking an experienced NP or PA to join their Richmond team on a part-time basis. You'd visit patients in their homes across the Richmond area, managing chronic conditions and providing continuity of care for homebound individuals. The role involves standard clinical work—physical exams, medical histories, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management—alongside coordination with internal office and clinical teams.
The position calls for board certification in Virginia, strong independent clinical judgment, and 1 to 2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients. Hospice experience is preferred but not required. You'll have autonomy in how you structure your schedule and manage your patient panel, with clinical support available from Ennoble Care's in-house team when needed. The salary range is $110,000 to $140,000, with part-time flexibility, though the listed benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match) appear to apply to full-time employees; clarification on part-time benefit eligibility would be worth confirming before applying.
