This is hands-on program coordination work that requires you to juggle planning, logistics, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement while adapting to shifting priorities in a rapidly growing environment.
The role demands strong organizational skills, project management discipline, and genuine comfort working across multiple teams and leadership levels. You'll need at least two years in HR, L&D, operations, or project coordination, plus a bachelor's degree. The position is based in Los Angeles and requires monthly travel with 2–3 overnight stays, so living near a WelbeHealth center or within three hours of their locations is a strong preference. The salary range is $74,613–$98,489, and the package includes medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) match, 17 PTO days, 12 holidays, and 6 sick days.
