Contracts Manager – Engineering, Procurement, and Construction

Position Overview

Quantica Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in the power and infrastructure sector. This role will be responsible for managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction agreements through negotiations and execution for infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EPC, Engineering Services Agreements, and Master Supply Agreements, with the ability to manage risk, negotiate effectively, and support project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the drafting and review of complex contracts, including:
  • EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements
  • Equipment Supply and Service agreements
  • Provide contract strategy and risk assessment across project lifecycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, engineering, and development teams
  • Support procurement processes and vendor selection from a contractual perspective
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, commercial, and internal governance requirements
  • Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, standards, and best practices
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of transaction and contract documents, including schedules, exhibits, disclosures, ancillary agreements, and closing deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Manage transaction timelines, obligations, and closing requirements by tracking milestones, conditions precedent, covenants, and deliverables through financial close and post-close activities.
  • Support diligence, document control, and records management by organizing data rooms, diligence requests, closing checklists, contract repositories, and audit-ready transaction materials.
  • Identify execution risks and improve contract management processes by escalating document gaps or schedule issues and enhancing workflows, version control, and internal coordination practices

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in contract management within the energy or energy infrastructure sector
  • Background in law, paralegal work, contracts management, or transaction advisory, with hands-on responsibility for drafting support or exhibit coordination
  • Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or transmission preferred)
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, developers, and project finance stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
  • Knowledge of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability initiatives

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $110,000–$140,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skill set, and market factors.
