About this role
Vercel is looking for someone to build and scale its executive engagement strategy from the ground up, with a particular focus on launching a signature Executive Briefing Center program that turns customer visits into high-impact experiences. You'd own the full lifecycle of campaigns and programs—from executive roundtables and advisory councils to thought leadership initiatives—while partnering across Sales, Product, Engineering, and the executive team to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for the platform.
The work spans strategy and execution. You'll translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives for distinct audiences (developers, product leaders, enterprise buyers), orchestrate multi-channel activations across paid, owned, and earned channels, and design the briefing intake process, qualification criteria, agendas, and measurement framework from scratch. You'll also recruit and coach executives and technical speakers, manage the full experience—from programming and space design to demos and catering—and build a scalable library of content and discussion frameworks that can be deployed globally.
This role demands 6+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or technical SaaS. You need a proven track record of owning full-funnel campaigns with clear pipeline and revenue impact, exceptional program management skills, strong business acumen, and comfort translating account strategy into compelling agendas. You should be equally at ease briefing a CEO, coaching a speaker, or negotiating with a vendor, and you'll need to be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area with anchor days Monday, Tuesday, and Friday in office. The salary range is $150,000–$207,000, plus equity, healthcare, and professional development support.
