First things first. As a Vehicle Transporter, you’ll be home daily. When you’re working, you’ll be moving cars between our production facilities and delivery hubs for the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars. You’ll get GREAT PAY with plenty of opportunities for bonuses and extra pay to earn even more. Requirements:
Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to read, write and speak English
6 months of tractor trailer in last 3 years or equivalent Military experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance
- Loading and securing vehicles on to a 5 or 9 car hauler
- Following all safety procedures and maintaining driver log
- Transporting vehicles between Carvana locations
- Must adhere to the delivery schedule
- Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars
- Communicate with transportation team

About this role
Carvana is looking for a CDL A driver to move vehicles between its Cleveland-area production facilities and delivery hubs on a daily basis. You'll operate 5 or 9 car haulers, handle vehicle loading and securing, follow safety protocols and delivery schedules, and communicate with the transportation team to ensure customers receive their cars on time. The role keeps you home every night—a significant advantage for drivers prioritizing stability and local work.
You'll need a valid Class A CDL with a current medical card, at least six months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years (or equivalent military driving background), and a clean driving record. The job expects professional behavior, attention to detail in maintaining logs, and the flexibility to adapt to changing duties and schedules. You must be at least 21 and fluent in English.
The compensation package includes a $1,700–$1,800 weekly pay range with bonus and overtime opportunities, 144 hours of PTO in year one, company-paid medical insurance, a 401(k) match, a company phone, family and pet benefits, and a vehicle purchase discount. This is a full-time, in-office position with no visa sponsorship available.
