About this role
Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is looking for a sales-driven professional to build membership revenue for the New York Liberty. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—selling season memberships, partial plans, group packages, and premium seating to new and existing fans. You'll work a high-activity pipeline using phone, email, digital outreach, and in-person meetings, while also representing the team at community events and hosting prospects at games. Success means hitting individual revenue targets consistently and identifying ways to deepen customer engagement across the broader Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment portfolio, including Barclays Center events.
The position suits someone with one to three years of sales or business development experience—sports and entertainment background is a plus but not required. You'll need strong prospecting and closing skills, comfort with CRM platforms like Salesforce, and the ability to juggle multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential given the Liberty's game schedule.
If you're genuinely passionate about women's sports and live entertainment, thrive on hitting targets, and excel at building relationships through authentic customer service, this role offers a clear path to impact fan growth for a marquee WNBA franchise. The compensation ranges from $21.63 to $26.45 per hour plus commission, with full benefits including health coverage, 401k match, event access, and free lunch onsite most days.
