About this role
Koley Jessen's Commercial and Technology Transactions Practice Group is hiring a contract attorney to work fully remote on vendor and supply chain agreements for a curated set of Fortune 500 clients. You'd handle the full lifecycle of commercial contracts—drafting, review, and negotiation—across technology licensing, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and related areas. The role emphasizes depth over breadth: rather than cycling through dozens of clients, you'll develop sustained relationships with a handful of sophisticated companies, which builds expertise and reduces the context-switching that plagues transactional work.
The firm prioritizes flexibility and autonomy. You structure your own hours as long as deliverables meet demanding client timelines, and compensation can be tailored to how much you take on. Comprehensive onboarding is provided to get you productive quickly. You'll need 2–4 years of CAT experience, current Nebraska bar admission or eligibility, and strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Background in privacy, data security, or IP is valued but not required.
This is a contract position, not permanent employment. Koley Jessen offers standard firm benefits—health insurance, 401(k) match, professional development—and emphasizes a collaborative, people-focused culture. You must submit a cover letter and transcripts with your application.
