About this role

GenScript's Redmond warehouse operation needs a hands-on specialist to manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods for a biotech company serving over 200,000 customers globally. You'd own the full cycle—auditing shipments for quality and accuracy, picking and packing orders to established standards, processing inbound and outbound transactions in SAP or WMS systems, and conducting inventory counts. The role demands precision and compliance; you'll also troubleshoot operational issues like shipping delays or inventory variances and maintain documentation for regulatory purposes, all while keeping the warehouse organized and safe.

This position suits someone with prior warehouse experience who thrives in detail-oriented, fast-paced work. You'll need hands-on capability (lifting up to 45 lbs regularly), proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems, and the problem-solving mindset to flag and resolve discrepancies independently. Communication across different levels matters—you'll coordinate with Purchasing on damaged goods and provide clear feedback on operational issues. Bilingual Chinese/English skills are a plus but not required.

The role pays $26–$28 per hour based on experience and is fully onsite in Redmond, Washington. GenScript offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with immediate vesting, paid parental leave after three months, and a robust PTO package with vacation, sick time, and floating holidays.
