The Role:

Immunovant is seeking an Executive Assistant to be responsible for various duties and responsibilities in support of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief of Staff. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment that is mission-driven, results-oriented and community-focused. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement, with strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and effectively balance multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and highly sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative and personal tasks for the CEO and CoS including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed business and personal travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; scheduling appointments; managing personal errands and providing assistance with personal matters as needed.
  • Partner with the CEO and CoS on Board of Director and Executive Leadership Team meeting support includes maintaining agendas, scheduling presenters and collecting/proofreading/distributing materials ahead of meetings.
  • Schedule internal/external meetings, organize conference calls and protect the schedule from unnecessary and conflicting demands by prioritizing requests and recommending alternative options.
  • Act as the administrative contact between the executives and Board of Directors, employees and external parties in an effective, kind, and professional way.
  • Assist in general research, company and department projects including but not limited to presentations, project trackers and virtual and in-person events as needed.
  • Respond promptly to executive and team lead queries.
  • Proactively identify and implement more efficient ways to provide administrative support.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, accurate, and act with a sense of urgency when needed.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

 Work Environment:

  • The successful candidate will be expected to work from the NYC office located at 1 Pennsylvania Plaza three days per week and work remotely 2 days per week.
  • Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Domestic or international travel are required (~10%).

 

 

Salary range for posting
$125,000$150,000 USD

Compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits, including unlimited paid time off and parental leave.
