We're seeking an experienced male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 14-year-old boy with autism. The client is very strong, so we're looking for someone who is physically fit, confident, and able to safely support active behaviors while remaining calm and professional.

✅ Previous RBT experience is REQUIRED

About this role
OOS Management Corp. is hiring an experienced male RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a 14-year-old nonverbal boy with autism in Forest Hills, Queens. The role runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, starting mid-September. This is hands-on clinical work that requires not only RBT certification and prior experience with autistic children, but also physical fitness and the ability to safely manage an active client while maintaining composure and professionalism.
The ideal candidate brings patience, dependability, and strong interpersonal skills to a one-on-one setting. You'll be working directly in the client's home to support skill-building and independence through applied behavior analysis. Prior RBT experience is essential, as is comfort working with children on the autism spectrum. Pay is competitive based on your background.
