About this role

AOTI is recruiting independent contractors to deliver and support its TWO2 wound therapy equipment in the Madison area. The work centers on field-based patient care: you'll handle equipment delivery and setup, educate patients on proper use, retrieve equipment when treatment concludes, and manage basic maintenance and inventory. You'll also document your activities, flag any patient or equipment concerns, and coordinate with AOTI's clinical and operational teams as needed. The role offers genuine flexibility—you control your schedule within your assigned territory and determine how you'll accomplish these tasks, provided you meet AOTI's service standards and legal requirements.

This opportunity suits someone with healthcare or medical equipment experience who works well independently and has strong communication skills. You'll need a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, appropriate auto insurance, and the physical capability to safely handle and transport medical equipment. The compensation structure is straightforward: $200 per delivery-and-setup visit and $200 per equipment retrieval, with potential for additional work depending on territory demand. As a 1099 contractor, you're responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and any required licenses or certifications—AOTI reimburses only specified costs.
