Seeking an experienced, full-time Commercial Portfolio Manager to manage properties in the Los Angeles.
Compensation:
- $130,0000-$140,000/ year
Essential Functions include a deep understanding of property operations, financial aspects of commercial property management, property maintenance and vendor management, property marketing and property leasing, team development, employee supervision, and motivation.
Job Requirements:
- Education – B.A/B.S. Undergraduate degree required, and a Real Estate designation (RPA, CPM) is a plus.
- Ten years of hands-on building management experience.
- Computer Skills –Proficient in Excel, MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), and Yardi Voyager
- Proficient with the preparation of Common Area Maintenance reconciliations
- A thorough understanding of building systems, dealing with vendors, and tenant relations.
- Physical Requirements –Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, bend, lift to 25lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Well-versed in all areas of financial management, including budgeting, income & expense oversight, and variance reporting
- Demonstrated experience in problem identification, analysis, recommendation of options, and development of logical and workable solutions
- This role manages the property manager and assistants.
- Oversee 10 to 15 properties, approximately 500k to 600k rental square feet
- Physical Requirements –Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, bend, lift to 25lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Typical range: $60,000 to $100,000
