About this role

Jade Biosciences is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to lead clinical development efforts for its pipeline of autoimmune disease therapies, with particular focus on nephrology programs targeting rare and immune-mediated kidney diseases. Reporting to the Executive Medical Director of Clinical Development, you would own the scientific and operational strategy for Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials, from protocol design through data analysis and regulatory submissions. This newly created role offers the chance to make direct impact at a clinical-stage biotech company with meaningful programs already in late-stage development.

The position demands 5–8 years of clinical trial experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings, paired with an advanced degree in a life science discipline. You'll need solid grounding in trial design, regulatory frameworks (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA), and the ability to partner effectively across Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams. Experience in nephrology or autoimmune disease is preferred but not required; what matters most is your track record managing complex late-stage studies and your comfort translating clinical strategy into rigorous execution.

The role is fully remote with periodic travel for investigator meetings and conferences. The salary range is $175,000–$190,000. If you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and want ownership of high-stakes clinical programs at a growing company, this is worth exploring.
