About this role

Seamount is looking for a strategist to architect and champion performance marketing across the agency, moving the organization toward coordinated, measurement-driven campaigns. You'd own the strategic framework—building processes, tools, and communication structures that align teams around performance thinking—while working across a matrix of strategy and dedicated performance marketing groups. The role demands both big-picture strategy work and hands-on collaboration with data teams, marketing science, and business partners to evolve campaign planning capabilities and translate complex approaches into client value.

This position suits someone with three to five years in strategy, with substantial performance marketing experience and solid grounding in digital marketing fundamentals like marketing automation, personalization, and sales enablement. You'll need the ability to influence stakeholders in a high-pressure, matrixed environment, think logically about complex problems, and communicate those ideas clearly. Curiosity and comfort with constructive challenge are essential—you're expected to question approaches and drive alignment across a distributed organization.

The role is hybrid in Los Angeles and offers a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
