About this role
SpaceX's Starlink Enterprise Sales team is building out its North America presence and seeking a Sr. Sales Manager who can own a territory and drive adoption of Starlink's connectivity solutions across mid-market enterprise accounts. This is a hunter role that demands both outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills—you'll qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and lead sales campaigns while managing your pipeline and territory strategy. Success here means hitting revenue targets consistently and collaborating effectively with resellers and internal teams to close deals.
The ideal candidate brings seven or more years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Background in selling to SLED (state and local government, education), campus and branch environments (retail, healthcare, financial services, real estate), or industrial sectors (energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation) is valued. You'll need strong communication and presentation abilities, high integrity, and the entrepreneurial mindset to own your results in a dynamic startup environment. This is not a remote role—you must work onsite from one of SpaceX's offices (Washington D.C., Redmond, Palo Alto, Hawthorne, or Bastrom, Texas) and be prepared to travel 25 to 50 percent of the time to meet customers and resellers.
The base salary range is $150,000 to $205,000, with additional compensation through stock options, potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and three weeks of paid vacation. U.S. citizenship or equivalent authorization is required due to ITAR regulations.
