Position Overview
Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of our high-quality products to our valued Dealers throughout the Continental United States. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
What you'll do
- The primary role of a transportation delivery driver is to deliver products to various locations, such as customer sites, retail outlets, or distribution centers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Drivers are responsible for planning and following efficient routes for deliveries, ensuring they meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel and time.
- The driver may be responsible for loading products onto their vehicle, securing them for safe transportation, and unloading the products at the destination.
- They will likely interact with customers, ensuring deliveries are made to the correct location, handling any issues that arise, and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring all deliveries comply with traffic laws, health, and safety regulations, and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Assisting with inventory management by checking the condition and quantity of items being delivered and noting any discrepancies.
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- Over the Road Working Conditions (Away from Home Average 4 nights per week)
- Operation of commercial 40ft Gooseneck Trailers via new model Dodge Ram 3500 Trucks
- Ability to Lift 50lbs+ Independently
- Required 1-5 Years of Commercial Driving Experience
- Required 1-5 Years of Customer Service Experience Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record CDL Class-C or Higher

Sunpro, part of the Hunter Douglas family, is looking for a Transportation Delivery Driver based in Bradenton to deliver high-quality retractable screens and awnings to dealer partners across the Continental United States. This is an over-the-road position requiring you to be away from home approximately four nights per week, operating new model Dodge Ram 3500 trucks pulling 40-foot gooseneck trailers. Beyond driving, you'll manage route planning for efficiency, handle loading and unloading of products (lifting 50+ lbs independently), verify inventory accuracy, and interact directly with customers to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
The role demands a valid CDL Class-C or higher and a clean driving record, along with 1–5 years of commercial driving experience and equivalent customer service background. You'll be responsible for maintaining safety and compliance with traffic and health regulations throughout every delivery.
