Description
Key Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for inference and training infrastructure.

Stay ahead of AI trends, including new model architectures, hardware optimizations, and open-source developments.

Balance qualitative insights (partner feedback, community discussions) with quantitative metrics (benchmarks, system performance) to inform roadmap decisions.

Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams, participating in design reviews and technical discussions to evaluate trade-offs.

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear user stories, product requirements, and actionable deliverables.

Act as a trusted partner to engineering teams, removing blockers by clarifying requirements and managing scope.

Serve as the main point of contact for early adopters and partners, gathering feedback to guide product iterations.

Support Go-to-Market initiatives, including creating technical content (blogs, documentation, social assets) and engaging with developer communities.

Use data and user research to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product launches.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (Engineering, Solutions Architecture) in a software company.

Strong technical fluency in AI/ML infrastructure; comfortable discussing system architecture and reading technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hands-on coding skills (Python, C++ etc); experience contributing to open-source communities.

Experience creating content for developer audiences (blogs, social media) or organizing tech events/hackathons.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive product decisions.

Experience conducting user research and interviews to uncover user pain points.

Compensation
Depending on background, skills, and experience, the expected annual salary range for this position is $160,000 - $300,000 USD + equity.

About this role
RadixArk is building open-source AI infrastructure and needs a Product Manager to shape the roadmap for inference and training systems. You'd own strategy across the product line, working closely with research and engineering teams to balance technical feasibility with user needs. This means staying current on model architectures and hardware innovations, translating feedback from early adopters into clear requirements, and making trade-off decisions alongside engineers in design reviews.
Beyond roadmap work, you'd be the primary contact for partners and the developer community, gathering feedback and supporting go-to-market efforts through technical content and community engagement. You'll use data and user research to validate product decisions and measure impact. The role demands strong technical fluency in AI/ML infrastructure—you should be comfortable reading system architecture docs and discussing technical concepts with engineers—plus the ability to communicate those same concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a CS or Engineering degree, at least three years in product management or a related technical role, and genuine interest in AI infrastructure. Coding skills, open-source experience, developer content creation, or B2B product background are valuable additions. You'd be joining a team of infrastructure veterans from xAI, NVIDIA, and Google, working in-office in Palo Alto with competitive salary and equity.
