About RadixArk
RadixArk is an infrastructure-first company built by engineers who've shipped production AI systems, created SGLang (30K+ GitHub stars, the fastest open LLM serving engine), and developed Miles (our large-scale RL framework). Founded by AI infrastructure veterans from xAI and NVIDIA, we're on a mission to democratize frontier-level AI infrastructure by building world-class open systems for inference and training. Our team has optimized kernels serving billions of tokens daily, designed distributed training systems coordinating 10,000+ GPUs, and contributed to infrastructure that powers leading AI companies and research labs.
Compensation
Depending on background, skills, and experience, the expected annual salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 USD + equity.
Equal Opportunity
RadixArk is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is proud to offer equal employment opportunity to everyone regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, and more.
About this role
RadixArk is looking for a Developer Advocate to be the public face of SGLang and Miles—two critical open source projects already serving billions of tokens daily at leading AI companies. You'd sit between the engineering team and the developer community, translating technical innovations into content, talks, and direct engagement that help others build on RadixArk's infrastructure. This means writing tutorials and blog posts, giving conference talks, hosting workshops, building demo applications, and actively engaging developers on GitHub and Discord to surface what they need and what they're building.
The role demands both technical depth and communication skill. You'll need at least four years in developer advocacy or senior engineering with community work, hands-on experience building AI applications or infrastructure, proven public speaking ability, and strong writing across multiple formats. Python proficiency and a solid grasp of LLM serving, distributed training, and GPU optimization are essential. Beyond the minimum bar, experience contributing to popular open source AI/ML projects, relationships with AI infrastructure engineers, or familiarity with C++ and CUDA would strengthen your candidacy.
This is an in-office role in Palo Alto with a salary range of $200,000–$400,000 plus equity, suited for someone who genuinely enjoys open source community building and can work independently to identify and drive initiatives that grow adoption and shape how the products are perceived.
