About this role

OXOS Medical is developing portable radiography devices that expand access to diagnostic imaging, and they're looking for a Soldering Technician to support that mission in their Atlanta facility. You'd perform precision hand soldering on PCB assemblies and electro-mechanical components, working to IPC standards while following strict quality and regulatory controls. The work involves interpreting manufacturing instructions, schematics, and BOMs; conducting in-process inspections; maintaining ESD protocols; and keeping detailed production records. You'd also contribute to refining work instructions and processes as part of a continuous improvement effort.

This role suits someone with at least two years of hands-on soldering experience who can read technical drawings and take pride in meticulous workmanship. IPC certifications (A-610 and J-STD-001) and background in regulated manufacturing are preferred but not required; high-voltage soldering experience is a plus. The position is in-office in Atlanta and offers health insurance, 401(k), competitive pay with equity, and room to grow within an early-stage company.
