What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
- Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification required
- Highschool diploma is a must
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation
- Strong Data entry skills

About this role
Great Strides ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs across home, school, and center-based settings in the Austin and San Marcos areas. You'll implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect session data using their Rethink system, and maintain consistency with each child's Behavior Intervention Plan. The role requires close communication with your supervising BCBA and team to track progress and adjust approaches as needed.
This position calls for an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and at least six months of experience working with children. You'll need strong data entry and documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues. Spanish-speaking applicants are particularly encouraged to apply. The 10–20 hours per week schedule offers flexibility, and you'll have access to ongoing training, BCBA mentorship, and a collaborative team environment designed to support your growth in the ABA field.
