Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings.
Collect and document session data in Rethink within 24 hours.
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Participate in new hire check-ins and maintain professional communication with families.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
Current RBT certification.
Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping the autism community.

About this role
OOS Management Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in the Rosedale, Queens area. Working Monday through Friday from 3 to 5 p.m. in home-based settings, you'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect and document session data in the Rethink platform, and maintain regular communication with families. Spanish fluency is required for this position.
The role is suited to someone with at least six months of direct experience working with children who have developmental disabilities and a current RBT certification. You'll need solid data collection and documentation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and genuine patience and creativity in supporting children's progress.
