Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
Job description:
We here at Higher Achievements ABA are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission-driven team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
- Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
- Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
- Providing Parent Trainings
- Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
Skills:
- Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
- Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
- Strong communication skills
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
