About this role
InterSystems is seeking someone to take ownership of their Partner Program's operational foundation. The role centers on diagnosing current processes, systems, and tools—including SharePoint, Partner Portal, and Competency Tracker—then designing and implementing improvements that increase efficiency and scale. You'll be the primary expert on program policies and benefits, handling day-to-day administration, partner governance, renewals, and compliance while serving as the main point of contact for both partners and internal stakeholders. As the business evolves, you'll expand into leading broader cross-functional initiatives that support changing priorities.
Success here requires 5–10 years in partner operations, channel management, or related business operations work, with hands-on experience in tools like Pega, PRM, and SharePoint. You'll need strong analytical skills to build dashboards, track engagement metrics, and spot improvement opportunities in partner data. Equally important is your ability to navigate a complex organization—collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Legal, and Product teams to build consensus and drive change. This is a role for someone who is process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently while influencing stakeholders across functions.
