The Role
The Warehouse Associate at Nabis is responsible for a wide variety of important functions such as picking, packing, inventory and quality assurance. This is a critical role, and we are looking for reliable, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team and help our company grow!
Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading product into vans

Verifying and preparing orders

Product intake assistance

Warehouse organization

Paperwork, printing, labeling - METRC & Dispatch

Inventory cycle counts

Occasional communication with brands/clients

General assistance of Operations Managers
Requirements:
- Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
- Must be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelves
- Ability to work 4 days a week 10 hours a day
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
- Cannabis experience is a plus
- Clean driving record
- Basic math skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent judgment and work ethic

Nabis operates the largest licensed cannabis wholesale platform in North America, moving over $1 billion in products annually across multiple states. As a Warehouse Associate in their Woodlake facility, you'd handle the full spectrum of warehouse operations—picking and packing orders, managing inventory cycles, assisting with product intake, and ensuring quality assurance. You'd also handle documentation and labeling for regulatory compliance (METRC and dispatch systems), load and unload delivery vans, and support Operations Managers with general warehouse tasks.
The role demands physical capability (lifting 50 lbs regularly, working from ladders and top shelves) and a commitment to a four-day, ten-hour weekly schedule with occasional evening or weekend shifts. You'll need either an associate degree or two years of relevant warehouse experience, a clean background check, valid driving record, and must be at least 21. Beyond the mechanics of the job, Nabis is looking for people who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and genuinely team-focused—someone who takes pride in accuracy and process while staying comfortable with the fast pace of a rapidly scaling operation.
