Marksman Security, LLC is hiring immediately for

Part-Time Flex Security Officers (Corporate Setting), San Francisco, CA

$27.50/ Per Hour

**Flexibility with Shifts is Required**

Weekend and holiday availability is required

Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights and holidays, if needed. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields.  Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.

  • Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using security systems, radios, and incident reporting tools.
  • Excellent computer, grammar and punctuation sills a must.
  • Conflict de-escalation and customer service skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Must be flexible and available for all shifts: days, evenings and overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adapt to different post orders, access control systems, and security protocols.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. (varies by site).
  • Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling.
  • Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Maintain site access control and visitor logs.
  • Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor check‑ins.
  • Maintain a professional presence while enforcing corporate security policies.
  • Conduct patrols and safety checks.
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
  • Write detailed incident and daily activity reports.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards.
  • Follow all company, client, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance.

     

    Qualifications:

    • At least 18 years of age or older.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Familiarity with report writing.
    • Computer skills are a must.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Monitoring and surveillance experience.
    • Essential Computer Competencies.
    • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
    • Comfortable with Outdoor Environment in Diverse Weather Conditions.
    •  Security Guard Experience Preferred, Not Required!
    • Must successfully pass Pre-Employment background check.
