You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Hold a valid Veterinary Technician License (LVT, CVT, RVT)
- Have 2+ years of experience as a tech or in a related role
- Bring strong GP or dental experience—or a passion to grow into it

The pay range for this position is $30 - $34 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the California Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on geographic location.

About this role
Modern Animal is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician for their Playa Vista clinic who will deliver general practice care with a focus on dental procedures, or develop that skillset alongside an experienced team. You'll work in-office with colleagues who prioritize curiosity, integrity, and communication—and the role explicitly invites you to help shape the clinic culture itself rather than simply fit into an existing one.
The position requires a valid veterinary technician license and at least two years of experience as a tech or in a related field. You should have strong foundational GP or dental knowledge, or genuine enthusiasm to build expertise in dental work. The base pay is $30–$34 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, with potential sign-on bonuses and equity grants.
