About this role
Lucid Software is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI platform strategy and evaluation across its visual collaboration products. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation and emerging technology, focusing on bringing agentic AI capabilities, generative features, and collaborative AI products to market. You'll partner with product teams to rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities, shape Lucid's AI product development process, and own platform capabilities from strategy through launch—working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings at least four years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a proven track record shipping complex initiatives, plus hands-on experience bringing agentic AI products to market in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You'll need strong technical judgment around modern AI systems—agent architectures, RAG, evaluations, and the quality-latency-cost tradeoffs that matter—combined with the ability to translate how people think, collaborate, and solve problems visually into AI experiences that feel natural and trustworthy. Experience leading innovation or new product discovery teams, familiarity with visual collaboration platforms, or a background mentoring other PMs on AI product practices would strengthen your candidacy.
This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, embedded in a team focused on rapid learning and derisking non-deterministic features. It suits someone energized by ambiguity, drawn to emerging technology, and comfortable influencing across technical and business stakeholders to drive high-impact customer outcomes.
