This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is excited to become the long-term clinical leader of the practice, serving alongside a highly experienced team of Advanced Practice Providers (NP/ PA) while providing Physician Assistant supervision and mentorship. You'll enjoy the independence of leading the clinic's medical practice without practicing alone, supported every day by skilled APPs and a dedicated clinical team. Together, you'll provide compassionate, relationship-centered care to generations of families in a welcoming community where your work will make a lasting difference.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $275,000 - $300,000 DOE Base salary
• $290,000 - $380,000/yr Established physician production comp range
• Sign-on bonus, Loan repayment 
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week
• Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements
• Malpractice insurance paid in full; tail coverage included
• Oregon licensure covered; DEA certificate included

PRACTICE DETAILS

You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 50 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.

• Panel: 100% established, outpatient only
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
• Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

General Physical Requirements
