Warehouse Associate
- Shipping and Receiving
- Verify shipment accuracy using packing list.
- Maintain/Update the Order Log with all incoming shipments.
- Perform routine weekly cycle counts.
- Pick and prepare internal customer orders (Inventory Request).
- Update/Adjust inventory as needed using the WMS/ERP system.
- Operate Forklift as needed following all safety guidelines.
- Inventory organization and maintenance.
- Maintain warehouse and workspace in a clean, safe, and organized fashion.
- Assist as needed to reach departmental and company goals.
Basic Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- A background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory with 3+ years is preferred.
- Forklift operator experience is a plus.
- US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)

About this role
Epirus is collecting resumes for future Warehouse Associate positions at its Torrance facility. This is a resume-in-file opportunity—you won't be hired immediately, but the Talent Acquisition team will reach out if a suitable opening materializes. The company works on defense technology focused on power management systems, so positions here may eventually require security clearance eligibility.
The role itself centers on core warehouse operations: verifying shipments, maintaining inventory logs, performing cycle counts, picking orders, and managing stock through WMS/ERP systems. You'd also operate forklifts as needed and keep the workspace organized and safe. The position calls for a high school diploma and ideally three or more years of hands-on warehouse experience covering shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
One important constraint: due to ITAR export regulations, you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee—or be eligible to obtain State Department authorization.
