About this role

Rocket Travel by Agoda's white label loyalty platform powers earning and redemption experiences for major travel brands—airlines, banks, shopping platforms—and this role puts you at the center of that business. You'll own product strategy and execution across the loyalty platform, from identifying growth opportunities through competitive and market analysis to launching features that drive partner adoption and customer engagement. The work spans conception to optimization: defining metrics, running experiments, iterating on product decisions, and collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and legal to solve complex loyalty challenges at scale.

This is a data-driven role that rewards analytical rigor and bias for action. You'll need strong quantitative skills—the ability to leverage analytics to inform decisions and ideally hands-on facility with SQL, Python, or R—paired with the communication chops to align senior stakeholders across regions and functions around vision and go-to-market strategy. A technical bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in a quantitative field is preferred. The role demands entrepreneurial thinking: breaking down hard problems, moving fast, and managing change in a product-centric culture that emphasizes ownership and minimal bureaucracy.

Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule, this position offers a base salary of $137,500–$187,000 plus annual bonus and equity. It suits someone with proven product development and launch experience who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants direct impact on a global platform's growth trajectory.
