About this role

Keller Postman's Senior Paralegal role combines hands-on litigation support with team leadership in a high-volume plaintiffs' practice. You'll manage complex cases across federal and state courts—handling discovery, motions, trials, and appeals—while spending roughly 30 percent of your time coordinating work and mentoring junior paralegals and legal assistants. The position demands strong organizational skills, deep familiarity with litigation procedures across multiple jurisdictions, and fluency in legal citation standards and case-management systems like CM/ECF, NetDocuments, and Westlaw.

This role suits someone with at least 10 years of paralegal experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and has the judgment to work independently on complex tasks while also developing others. Trial experience and a background mentoring support staff are strongly preferred. You'll need meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities across mass torts, antitrust, privacy, product liability, and consumer-rights matters.

The position is based in Washington, D.C., with a hybrid schedule of four days in-office and one day remote. Compensation ranges from $60 to $90 per hour, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits. An ABA-approved paralegal certificate and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
