About this role
Nabis operates the largest licensed cannabis wholesale platform in North America, moving over $1 billion in products annually, and this warehouse role sits at the center of those operations. As a Warehouse Associate in Los Angeles, you'd handle the full cycle of order fulfillment—picking and packing, inventory counts, quality checks, and product intake—alongside the physical demands of loading, unloading, and retrieving items from high shelves. You'd also manage documentation including METRC compliance and dispatch paperwork, occasionally coordinate with brands and clients, and support the operations team as needed.
The position requires either an associate degree or two years of relevant warehouse experience, plus the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work comfortably at heights. You'll need a clean background check, valid driving record, basic math skills, and the flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shifts. Cannabis industry experience is valued but not required; what matters more is reliability, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine customer service instincts.
Nabis offers competitive pay starting at $20 per hour with weekly paychecks, medical/dental/vision coverage for full-time staff, and a team-oriented culture. The company is backed by notable investors including Y Combinator and is actively expanding across multiple states, making this an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling operation in a growing industry.
