About this role

At Lowland, a boutique retreat in Charleston celebrating Lowcountry culture and design, servers are central to delivering the warm, attentive hospitality that defines the guest experience. You'll greet diners, guide them through the menu with genuine knowledge and thoughtfulness, manage orders and service flow with efficiency, and maintain the polished, detail-oriented standards that match the property's elevated yet effortless aesthetic. The role demands confidence and strong communication—both with guests and with kitchen and bar teams—alongside the stamina to move through a fast-paced service environment.

This position suits someone with prior restaurant or hospitality experience who genuinely enjoys guest interaction and thrives in a team-driven setting. You'll need to juggle multiple tables, stay organized during busy service, and handle the physical demands of the job—standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods. Weekend and holiday availability is expected. In return, Method Co. offers competitive hourly pay plus tips, health and dental benefits, paid time off, employee dining and hotel perks across their portfolio, and genuine opportunities to grow within a design-focused hospitality company.
