Position Overview 

Kampers Rooftop Bar is seeking a Bartender who brings craft, confidence, and genuine hospitality to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑energy, rooftop environment and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. You’ll execute a creative cocktail program with precision while bringing your own warmth and personality to the bar. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail 

• Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring seasonal ingredients and rooftop‑inspired builds 

• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service 

• Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations 

• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations 

• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high‑volume or upscale bar or restaurant 

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer 

• Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experience 

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment 

• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset 

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions/Environment: 

• The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
• Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
• The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
