Description
Hill House is seeking Sales Associates to create personalized shopping experiences for our customers at our store in New Orleans. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions that will maintain a retail schedule (including weekends).
What You'll Do:
- Build authentic connections with shoppers as you answer questions and complete purchases
- Constantly seek ways to improve the customer experience and energize the team to do the same
- Become a product expert and offer fit, fabric, style, and gift recommendations
- Assist with checking stock on a daily basis and restocking the selling floor when necessary
- Perform open and closeout procedures as needed
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard
- Work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skills
- Surprise and delight customers by going above and beyond their expectations
Who You Are:
- Retail experience or service industry background, preferred
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication and motivational attitude

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated hourly compensation for this role is $20+/ Hour

Hill House Home is looking for a part-time Store Associate to join its New Orleans location and represent the brand's design-forward lifestyle collections to customers. In this role, you'll build genuine connections with shoppers, answer product questions, complete sales, and offer personalized recommendations on fit, fabric, and style across the company's bedding, bath, baby, accessories, and apparel lines. You'll also support daily operations by checking inventory, restocking the floor, maintaining visual displays, and handling opening and closing procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate brings retail or service industry experience and genuinely cares about creating exceptional customer experiences. You should be self-motivated, a strong communicator, and comfortable with flexibility and taking initiative.
