Frontier Dermatology (FD) is seeking a full-time BC/BE Dermatologist to join our growing organization in our Portland, OR location.

Frontier Dermatology is building a new clinic in Portland and seeking a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to practice within a physician-owned, physician-led organization. The role offers a hybrid model combining private practice autonomy with academic engagement—you'd have the option to teach within ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs and hold an academic appointment at the University of Washington. The practice spans general dermatology, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and clinical research, with in-house CAP/CLIA-certified labs supporting your work.
This position suits someone seeking both clinical depth and intellectual community. You'd participate in monthly Grand Rounds and journal clubs, collaborate on case discussions through a HIPAA-compliant app, and work alongside providers recognized regionally and nationally for research and patient outcomes. The administrative infrastructure—including a separate practice administration company—is designed to keep your focus on patient care rather than business operations.
