About this role
At EōS Fitness, this part-time Equipment Technician role involves managing preventative maintenance and repairs across 4-6 Los Angeles-area locations. You'll work from a company vehicle, using OpenWrench software to schedule and track maintenance on cardio and recovery equipment like massage chairs and hydro beds, handle urgent repairs, manage vendor relationships, and maintain inventory of parts. The position reports to a Senior Equipment Technician and requires you to complete manufacturer certifications as they become available, which may occasionally involve travel.
You'll need at least three years of basic mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification (obtainable within your first month). Since you'll use your personal vehicle for business travel between clubs, reliable transportation and a clean driving record are essential; mileage is reimbursable. The role suits someone comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment who can stay organized and professional while managing multiple priorities across different locations.
The position pays $28.50–$33.68 hourly and includes a free gym membership for you and a family member, discounted personal training, Daily Pay access, and benefits eligibility based on tenure (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off for part-time staff meeting tenure requirements).
